How We Store and Protect Information

Glory Tracker stores app data in the data sources configured by the organization, which may include Google Sheets, Supabase, SQL databases, or encrypted local configuration files. OAuth tokens and connection settings are stored for the purpose of maintaining authorized data source connections. Access to the app is role-based and limited to authorized users.

Sharing and Disclosure

Glory Tracker does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the app for your organization, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse or security issues, or complete a business transfer with appropriate notice or consent where required.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained as long as needed for the organization to operate Glory Tracker or as required by law. Organization administrators can remove users, disconnect Google data sources, delete configuration records, or remove data from the connected source systems. Users may request access, correction, or deletion through the organization administrator that provided their Glory Tracker access.

Third-Party Services

Glory Tracker may integrate with Google APIs, Supabase, Vercel, and other administrator-configured data sources. These services process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limited Use

Glory Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
